How to Buy

There are various ways to buy our products:

You can come and visit us, please call to make an appointment and check what items we have on display.

You can use the website and basket system to order and pay online through a secure online payment system (Sagepay). We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.  You can also place an order online and select Card/AmEx over the phone, and we will contact you to get your payment details. But please note that our online payment system is totally secure.

If you prefer to speak to a real voice, you can call us on 01432 880424 or send us an e-mail with your telephone details and someone will call you back. We take all major credit  and debit cards (including AMEX) over the telephone.

We also operate a traditional mail order system. Please place your order online and select “cheque” as payment method, make cheques payable to Active Garden Ltd and send it, together with a copy of the order, to Lane Farmhouse, Sutton St Nicholas, Hereford. HR1 3AT. We will be able to dispatch after the cheque has cleared. We also accept Bacs transfer, please contact us to get our details.
