I just wanted to give you my most heartfelt thanks for getting the climbing frame to us by the deadline imposed by my daughter's birthday! I have to say that the local shipping company went that extra mile too, as the pallet only arrived with them this afternoon, and they made an extra trip up here arriving at 5pm, when they might otherwise have left it until Monday.

Having recently bought a jungle gym lodge, my husband has spent the Easter weekend putting it up in our garden - much to the delight of our boys!

Firstly, I wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received while buying the lodge. I was very grateful for your advice to ensure we were buying something appropriate for my youngest son, yet something which would have longevity of play as the children grow up. Also for your help to discuss the various ways we could deviate from the standard build to maximize the play in our limited space.

Secondly, I would like to thank you for providing a product of such excellent quality. Having the timber cut to size made this an easy DIY kit to assemble. We really are all very pleased with the climbing frame, especially the children (including my 2 year old son who quickly mastered the ladders!)

Just a quick note to say that the Jungle Gym Palace arrived as expected on Tuesday. Delivered by 2 great guys. My husband completed the project on Thursday and the kids are very pleased with it. It looks great and the instructions were very straightforward. I took loads of pictures of the build in progress. My husband managed to do most of the work on his own with the aid of 2 clamps and only required a helping hand from a neighbour when it came to doing the roof section.

We plan to add the bridge module in the near future so we will definitely be contacting you again.

All Out PLay Climbing Centre with install

Dear Active Garden, Just a short note to thank you for the super All Out Play area which we recently had installed in our garden. The quality of the materials used and the build is excellent. Jungle Gym equipment (two towers with bridge and other modules)

Thank you for the delivery of our Jungle Gym equipment (Barn, Cottage, Bridge Link, Climb Module, Playhouse, Swing, & Baby Swing Seat) on Tuesday. It all seems to arrived in good condition. The driver was kind, courteous and efficient - and extremely skilled to reverse up our drive in the van! He arrived at 8am and was all done by 8.50. We've not had a chance to count all the screws, bolts and other gubbins in the different bags in the boxes, but we've inventoried everything else. ****** The wood arrived on Thursday as expected, and the hinges arrived from Holland this morning. Thank you so much for all your kind consideration. Construction on the towers continues slowly (since it can only happen when our 18-month-old is snoozing), but everything seems to be working out just fine. Your online advice (eg, use two drills) has been helpful. Thanks for everything. You've been most kind.
